At CozyLife, we want you to love your purchase! We accept eligible returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

To start a return or exchange, email hello@shopcozylife.com within 7 days of delivery with your name, order number, item(s), and reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was due to an error on our part.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges are subject to availability.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us with your order number and photos so we can help resolve the issue.
